For the most accurate results, we recommend measuring your actual piece of furniture with a firm tape measure. Please do not measure the old cushions.

1. Measure the seat width (W). If your seat is square, measure the widest part of the seat or between the armrests (if applicable). If your seat is tapered, measure both the front width (FW) and the back width (BW) of the seat.
2. Measure the seat depth (D). Take your measurement from the center of the seat from the front to the back.
3. Determine how thick (T) you would like your finished cushions to be (2”-6”). We can recommend the right thickness for your piece as needed.

1. Measure the height (H) of the inside back, from the seat to the top of the frame, and subtract the thickness of the seat cushion from that number.

Selecting the right fabric and foam for your cushions is based on personal aesthetics, application, and location (indoor or outdoor).

The style of cushion depends on both cushion type and personal preference. Below are some corner and seam styles to consider.

Corners : boxed, waterfall, and knife edge.

Seams : plain seam, french stitch, saddle stitch, single welting, and double welting.

Extras : decorative fabric-covered buttons, decorative trims, and invisible zippers (if applicable).

Heads up! We are currently only accepting accent chairs, dining chairs (6 chair limit), ottomans, and benches due to size restrictions. We will be accepting larger pieces as our operation grows. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

We encourage our clients to source their own fabric (COM) for their pieces as we do not currently stock fabric at our studio. We will happily request fabric swatches from our suppliers and provide fabric suggestions and yardage estimates for every project.

Please note, fabric yardage estimates are based on plain 54" wide upholstery fabric. Patterned fabrics require additonal yardage for matching. Fabric costs are additional and not included in estimates unless stated.

We highly recommend sourcing your fabric second hand!

Custom Cushion estimates will include the cost of labor, basic materials, and new foam inserts (if applicable). Fabric costs are not included in the initial estimate.

Upholstery estimates will include the cost of labor and basic materials. Fabric, foam inserts, and framework are not included in the initial estimate as each piece is unique. To ensure you receive the most accurate estimate, please submit several photos of your piece with as many details as possible.

Turnaround times vary and depend on several factors. Therefore, we generally estimate each piece will take between 2-6 weeks.

Once you have approved your estimate, we require a 50% deposit, and additional fabric costs must be paid. Your balance is due up completion and before delivery.

We currently accept payments through PayPal and Venmo.

At this time we do not offer pick up or delivery, however, we can refer a third party courier.
